Today, the students started mentally preparing for the challenge that is ahead of them. Tomorrow will be their second Grouse Grind of the year. Each of the students have worked on their cardiovascular health and have been participating in moderate to vigorous physical activities on a daily basis since September. All students are expected to beat their times from their first Grouse Grind in term 1. As an additional incentive, any student who beats Mr. Hong will be given a prize. Mr. Hong is an old man, so most of the students should be able to beat him.
1.) SOCIALS/LA: Prepare for your presentation. You will present on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Students will be chosen randomly so everyone must be ready to present on Wednesday.
2.) E-FOLIOS: Continue to update your learning reflections based on the criteria we have been using since the beginning of the year. Remember to always refer back to the learning intentions and the criteria of each of your assignments.
3.) FIELD TRIP: Grouse Grind tomorrow. We will go rain or shine. It will only be cancelled if there is a torrential downpour which isn't likely.
