We just have a few more days until we go skiing! We hope you are all excited to participate! Our first session will be this Monday! Read the IMPORTANT information below carefully. Click here to select your food for each of the ski school days.

IMPORTANT:
1.) SKI TRIP FORMS
- Driver volunteer forms (RETURN TOMORROW if you haven't already done so - FOR PARENT VOLUNTEERS)
- Seymour information forms (white/blue forms must be signed on front and back) A handful of you were given these to take home two days ago because they were incomplete. If it wasn't handed back to you, you do not need to worry.
- If for some reason you never returned some of the forms, be sure to return them tomorrow. (LAST CHANCE).

1.) MATH:

All math party planning activities must be completed by the end of the day tomorrow.
It is highly suggested you work on this at home today.

2.) POST A RESPONSE:

Write a short paragraph after you have read everything above carefully and completely.
In your paragraph, you must include:
- you have read the daily blurb,
- you have completed the ski trip lunch menu survey order
- if you have returned all forms and if not, which ones you have to hand in tomorrow
- include what you are hoping to get out of this experience

@Mr. Hong my parents were wondering if it’s ok to request who they can bring in my car when going to skiing? Is that ok? Also will div 2 mix with div 1 in the cars?

The most I want to get out of this experience is learning how to ski by the end of everything, and skiing and having fun with friends and everyone! That’s pretty much all I want out of the experience:)

On Monday, My class and the other grade seven class will be going to Mount Seymour to go skiing or snowboarding! It will be a fun and amazing experience!
Here’s what I want to get out of the experience the most.

1. Learning and perfecting some skills including the basics in skiing
Since I have never gone skiing I would like to know the basic skills and more by the end of all of this. I’ll be more confident in skiing without my parents supervising if I ever go skiing again after this trip.

2. Have fun with friends skiing
I would like to hang out with my friends and learn with them. It would make this skiing trip more enjoyable and fun if I’m with them. My friends always know how to make everything more fun. :)

In conclusion, I would want to learn and perfect basic skills, and have fun with my friends! That’s the most I want to gain from this experience and I’m looking forward to this Monday.

I read the daily blurb took the survey. : )

When we go skiing, I mostly want to hang out with friends and try my best skiing, I really wanna learn about skiing since I never went skiing in my life. Mostly, because the Philippines never snows, so it's basically impossible since the Philippines is very hot. Another thing I wanna do during skiing is to remember to bring a key to my house or else I get locked out and also wanna stay safe during skiing, that's my number 1 priority next to eating lunch and trying my best. In conclusion, I hope to have fun and skiing and make the most of it with my friends and to also experience skiing for once.

On January 27th the 2 grade 7 classes are going skiing.
I have read the daily blurb, I have completed the survey, I have to return a permission form, the things I want to get out of this trip is a basic understanding of how to snowboard so I can go to Seymour and snowboard again. I also want to enjoy my trip and not get soaked and have a bad time because getting soaked and staying wet for the entire day is just not fun.

1. Have Read the Daily Blurb
The daily blurb was short, but exciting because it brings news on what is going to happen in a few more days, Skiing. I made sure I have read it by typing this paragraph. I also made sure by checking the daily blurb after I typed this paragraph.

2. Complete the Mt. Seymor Lunch Order
When I read the daily blurb, I saw the Mt. Seymore lunch order link right away. On of the hints is that the blurb said to complete the lunch order. The other hint was the link was glowing green.

3. Returned All the Forms
I have no ski forms left at home, so I either lost some of them or handed all of them in. I decide to be positive and say that I have handed all the forms in. The proof is that I saw all my forms inside the form bin.

4. What I Will Get Out of This Experience
I am not sure what "this experience" means, so I decided to go with both. First, I am hoping to refresh my skills on skiing. I want to learn how to ski since it sounds really fun. Secondly, out of writing about what I did on the website helps me to remember all the things I have to do.

I read the blurb and took the survey. I still have to return a permission form and I just want to have fun at this ski trip. I sure hope I don't get wet and that it doesn't rain while we're there, because that'd just ruin the fun. I also want to get a grasp of how to ski better and I am looking forward to our ski trip on Monday.

1. Daily Blurb
I have read everything on the daily blurb and I have done everything I needed to do pertaining toward the blurb today.

2. Mount Seymour Lunch Order
I have went onto the link posted on the daily blurb and I have filled out the survey on what we will eat up at the mountain.

3. Ski Permission Forms
I have handed in everything, but one green form I forgot to sign has already been signed today and is PHYSICALLY in my backpack.

4. Something I Am Hoping To Get Out Of This Experience
Something I want to get out of this experience is to have fun and learn the basic maneuvers of skiing.

I had read the daily blurb, and completed the lunch selection for the ski days. I am on track to finish my math party planning assignment tomorrow. I am looking forward to sharpening my ski skills as well as ha great time with my classmates!

On Monday my fellow classmates are going to Seymour ski school. I'm not participating in this activity this time so I'll be at home hoping for them to have a great experience. Also, I read the daily blurb and appreciate how much effort is spent to create everyday. I hope that all the people who are going to skiing have fun and learn!

@ Adrian - There is a possibility you will have someone in level 2, but not 1. However, it is unlikely you will be with anyone else other than level 3 snowboarders.

On Monday January 27, grade 7 students in Mr. Hong. and Mr. Fisher`s class will be going on a really fun field trip to Mt. Seymour. Unfortunately I have not completed the ski trip lunch menu survey order, returned all forms. Yes if you are smart to figure it out, I'm not going to Mt. Seymour to go Skiing or Snowboarding. However I had read the daily blurb.

Today, we have to list everything we did that was on the criteria. I filled out my lunch order, read the daily blurb, and I think I returned all my forms. I think what I will get out of this experience is a fun trip with my friends and teachers skiing!

On Monday, the two grade seven classes are going skiing or snowboarding at Mount Seymour for a fun field trip! I have read the daily blurb, and took the lunch survey to see what I would like to eat on the four days we are going. I have also brought all permission forms signed and filled out by my parents and me. Something I am hoping to get out of from skiing is to have a great time with my peers, learning new skills to improve!

I have neither gone snow boarding or skiing and any point in my life and I have been looking forward to going for a long time!

I chose skiing lessons for the four sessions and I am very excited! Although, since so many people are skiing I am hoping it is not too busy.

I am hoping to learning how to ski comfortably and easily during these sessions. I am also hoping that I will gain an interest in skiing and end up doin it often.

In preparation for the field trip to Mount Seymour on Monday, we have to get all our information in order. To do my part, I have read the daily blurb, completed the lunch menu survey, and have returned all the forms. I'm really excited for Monday! I hope by the end of the first day, I will know all the basic skills of skiing and maybe be able to manage on my own with little to no assistance. After all of the sessions, my aim is to be able to go down a decently inclined slope with zero assistance. Though I guess we'll see how it all unfolds soon. I can't wait!

We are going to Mount Seymour on Monday! Here's what I did! Firstly I have finished all the forms. Secondly I have filled out the lunch survey. Finally I have read the daily blurb. I am hoping to be able to ski decently well by the time the lessens our done. It's going to be fun experience!

Sad I am not going skiing with you all, but I am still looking forward to my free Monday. I would like to write down a few more chords for music, as well as reviewing math for the unit test, along with playing a few hours of Blitz with friends. So no need to follow any of the Criteria points, and grammar. Long weekend whoo who!

Our Mount Seymour ski trip is coming soon, so being prepared for it is crucial.
To prepare for it, I read the daily blurb, which instructed me to choose what food I wanted on the ski trip. I completed the survey, picking my preferred foods. Secondly, I made sure whether or not I had completed all of my forms and if I handed them in. I had, so I will now be stating what I want to learn from this skiing experience. I want to learn how to build on my skiing abilities as skiing isn't a sport you can do on a daily basis. I want to take advantage of this opportunity to learn from experience and others.

In conclusion, I think I'm prepared for this trip and I can't wait! :)

I've handed in the ski forms and haven't missed anything and I'm ready to go skiing.

4) Something I will get out of this experience.
Something I think I'll get out of this is a new experience and possibly a new hobby since I've signed up before but gotten sick on the day before and couldn't move so I couldn't go, and maybe sometime in the future I might sign up again.

Were going skiing on Monday! Mr.hong and Mr.Fisher have made many preparations for this fieldtrip, this includes organizing rides, fees, and much more. As students, we are all expected to read the provided information so we know what will happen once we are on the mountain. Today, I have read the daily blurb, completed the survey, and returned all my forms. I am hoping that I will be able to learn a few things from these lessons. I have gone skiing a few times and have taken lessons but I think that there’s much room for improvement. by the end of the lessons, I am hoping to be able to consistently ski on a slope without assistance. In conclusion, I’m really excited for this fieldtrip and I hope to learn from it.
