THURSDAY: LAST DAY OF SCHOOL?

Students, I know how disappointed many of you are right now in light of recent events. I do hope that both sides can compromise and come to an agreement before the end of the month so you can all return to school and finish the year off in good spirits.

I hope that you were all able to pack up most if not all of your school supplies today. I am hopeful that you will be able to return to school by the end of the month to finish the year off right. However, as you all now, it is not in my control.

Please check back often. I will continue to post on a regular basis to keep you informed and to touch base with all of you.

I feel happy but it does not seem like the end of the year, Usually there are lots of good byes and celebration but it just felt like a normal school year.

1.) I would be kinda of disappointed because it was just like a reglure day of school. Also the Gr. 7s must feel do horrible it really isn't fair to them.
2.) You guys have been a great class I'm so sad the year is over and I won't see you 5 days a week anymore.

1.)If today was for sure the last day of school I would be happy for summer but sorry for the grade 7s and all those things they miss.
2.)I would just like to say thank you to the class and all the people that have become my friends and have supported me i will miss you grade 7s.

I really hope that the government and the teachers come to an agreement! The year doesn't feel like it ended to me. We still have the probability test and electricity test, and I wanted to get more help from Mr. Hong on the upcoming math 8 challenge.

I'll miss my grade 6 friends in school next year, and if the strike goes on, i'll see the grade 7s in high school!

1) I am sad that school is over because being a grade 7 it means no grade or play land and it really sucks because that stuff rocks.
2) You guys have been a great class and I will miss you all deeply for the grade 6's hope grade 7 Ends better for you then it probably will for us. And for the grade 7's have a good homeschool chapter. And Mr. Hong you were the best teacher ever.

I'm so sorry you didn't get an email. As the class parent I did forward an email from the Grade 7 committee, but only a little more than 1/2 the class signed up to be on the class list and email list. They also tried to get the information out on the parent Facebook page, but I know not all of the parents are on that. Again, I'm very sorry that you missed out and didn't get the information.

Dear Parents,
We are pleased to advise you that the Grade 7 students will be getting their Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday, June 25, immediately before the dance.
Mrs. Jensen and Mr. Lewis will be in attendance to hand out certificates and awards.
Please pass the word on to Grade 7 families - we are doing our best to reach out to everyone but not all families have provided their contact info to their Class Parent or are on our facebook page.

Only about 1/2 our class is on the email list and students may not be checking this page now that we're not in school. Can you please pass this information along to ANY Grade 7 students you know whether they are in this class or a different class.

We would hate for anyone to miss out on the ceremony, even if they're not going to the dance!!!!

Please make sure your parents know about this you guys. You don't want to miss this opportunity. Even come for the ceremony part and that's all, you non-dancers- you know who are ;)
