1.) POST A RESPONSE: If you were to improve your 'Charter of Rights & Freedoms' presentation, list 3 things you would change and explain why you would do this.

The three things I would improve on would be voice level, voice engagment, and camera. I would improve on my voice level because it was not very good. I would improve on my voice engagment becuase my voice was not very engaging. I would improve on the camera because it was shaking a little bit.

@ Superduperman - Why do you think your voice was not good? Please explain. Why wasn't your voice engaging? Why was the video shaky? How could you improve on the steadiness of your video camera/iPad?

The three things I would improve on would be voice level, voice engagment, and camera. I would improve on my voice level because it was not the same it was kind of up and down. I would improve on my voice engagment becuase my voice was not very engaging. I think I could make it more engaging not just boring. I would improve on the camera because it was shaking a little bit. The camera was shaky because it was being held I think it should have been put on the stand or on a table.

Well honestly speaking I would redo the whole thing, but since I cannot, here are a few things that I would change.

1.) I would change the recording of our voices. Since most of our voices you couldn't hear because of the fuzziness, or just to much noise in the background, and most of us spoke to close to the mic so the majority of the classes couldn't understand our whole Imovie because of our voices so thats one thing I would definitely change.

2.) Another thing I would change is the images. There were quite a bit of Canadian flags like on a cake, rug etc. I think it was really distracting and I would remove them all and add more relevant photos.

3.) I would add much more information and explain it more using more examples to make everyone understand each right and freedom better.

These are a few things I would change in our presentations.

In my opinion, I think our group did reasonably good job. But there were a few things that I thought my groups presentation could improve on.

1: I think that we could of done voice overs and given more information. Because we had only put a little information about each right on each puzzle piece. But I think that if we gave a little bit more information on the voice overs it would turn out much better!

2: The second thing was, the intro and the ending. I thought that there wasn't really a proper intro. Maybe if we added what are project was and what we were expected to do at the beginning it would be way better. At the ending we showed the credits and the bibliography's. For the credits, it seemed to me that the poster that it was written on was shaking and the camera wasn't steady. Adding onto that the writing was squeezed together so it was kind of hard to read. For the bibliography, it was really hard to read so I think if we had typed it with a bold and larger font it would be way easier to read.

3: I didn't like how the music changed and it wasn't smooth. I think that if we stick just to one song that, it would be much more smooth.

the three things I would change would be voice level,try to get more info into are sentences and I would like to add pictures.

1) Every one was laughing a bit in the backround and some people should not be so silly and be more serious so that we would get it done faster and sometimes we would have a low voice and then high. That is the first thing I would change.

2) Everyone had only 15 seconds to get info in because on prezi it changes every 15 seconds and some peoples voices were cut off.

3) The last thing I would change is adding pictures because we had no pictures we just had words and it was a little boring to watch.

The three things that I would change in my presentation would be (1) talk slower and not rush through it (2) make the people who were in my group fix the sound and adjust the sound settings so that the voices would be louder (3) I would have done some more editing on mine to eliminate the people in the backround. Those are the three things that i would change.

the three things I would improve on:

1.) I would make it so that instead of letting them read it them selves I would put my voice in there because it's pretty boring just looking at a slide that has writting and not any sound of us reading it.

2.) I would improve my voice because it was pretty mono tone and my voice was also silent.

3.) I would also improve my paragraph so that it only has the important details. :)

The 3 thing I would change In the presentation is 1) Make voice clearer. 2) Make people Not have there papers crumpling. 3) I like the music my group has but I would change it.

The things i would change would be the voice volume because Any and others 's volumes were not high so everyone can hear.2nd would be ... thats all i have to say from mine :)

If I were to change 3 things in my "Charter of Rights and Freedoms" presentation, I would--

1.) I would try to find a place where the noise level is more low so my presentation would be more clear.

2.) I would add more pictures because on each Right there was only one picture.

3.) I would also like to add a stronger intro to capture the viewer's attention.

If I could change any three parts of my presentation they would be:

1) My speaking parts- I would redo my two parts where I speak in the presentation because I think I talked to quickly. Also, because I think that some words weren't pronounced very well (some words were a little slurred).

2) It may have looked a little better if we put some sort of transition when we switched from one right or freedom to another.

3) I would add more examples to my paragraph. Also, maybe a few more details.

A few things that I would have fixed are;

1) Example. We need way more examples. By adding an example it would help the viewer understand what were trying get across. People understand simple information so an example would help alot.

2) Transitions between each right. The viewer will be able to think about what they just heard. This will make it much easier for the viewer to take in and get a better understanding.

3) Voice levels and expression. A couple of people in our group didn't put very much expression into what they were saying. While others weren't speaking loud enough. The more expression you add will make the viewer want to pay more attention to what's going on.

My group did a very good job but 3 things that I would change is

1) I would probably want most of the people in my group to redo there voice recording some were to loud and some were to quite and to fast and not clear but some of the voice recording was good.

2) Another thing I would probably want to change is to add more pictures because some of the slides had the exact same picture so I think we should change that and we should get some pictures off the internet rather than just colouring them.

3) Something that I would proabably add is I would tell the people thats watching the video why we did this video of the charter of rights and freedoms and another thing I would want to add is at the start to list the 9 rights.

Three things that I would like to change is -

- I would like to change the recordings. In some of the recordings, there was people talking in the background. Also for some of the videos, there wasn't much information. We mostly had one line sentences for each right and freedom.

- I would like to change the pictures. In my video, the pictures weren't that clear. Also for some of the rights, I could have used better pictures.

- I would like to change the part that I didn't add examples. My group and I completely forgot about the example and would like the add them. I realized that examples helps the readers understand it more so I would add it. Plus,it would make my video a little longer.

The one thing that I need to work on is voice level. It was very difficult to hear what my group member was saying. Also,I couldn't hear the voice very well because someone was talking while we were recording. Another thing that I need to work on is examples for 9 rights and freedoms. Our group didn't add any examples so, we need to focus on that. Overall, our group did pretty well!

Three things I would change about are project are:

1.) The first thing I would change about it is I would add more pictures to the project. Why I would do this is because we only had one picture for each right and freedom so it wasn't very engaging to our viewers. So I would add three more pctures to each right and freedom and I would put a picture that goes along with what each person was saying.

2.) Another thing I would change is for our voices to be more engaging to the viewers, so people would not think that we were bored and did not really want to do this project. Even though I really wanted to let people know about aboriginal rights and why they have them. That is the second thing I would change about our project on the nine rights and freedoms.

3.) The third and last thing I would change about our project is I would want people to redo their voice recordings so that it would be louder, so everyone could here what we were saying instead of having every viewer try and guess what we were saying to them about the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

These are the three things I would change about our project.

There are a couple things that I would have changed to make our project better. The most important things that we could work on are voice engagement, volume and medium.

Firstly, we would work on voice engagement. A couple of people talked in a dull voice during the recording. This isn't really that engaging to the audience and changing it would add more fun to watching the presentation.

Secondly, there is voice level. Some people talked quietly and you could just barely hear them. Some people talked really loud into the mic and that resulted in it being completely muffled. Changing this part of our presentation would make it easier for others to learn from our presentation.

Lastly, I would change the medium we used. We used paper and pencil. I think that the only reason we chose this was because most of the options were gone when you could only use iMovie. When I was told that we could use a prezi, we were already too far into production so I thought that we should just keep it. Changing the medium will greatly increase the engagement of the audience and it will help you learn a lot better.

There are a couple more minor things we need to change but the most important things are making the audience immersed, volume and the type of presentation.

If I were to improve on my charter of rights and freedoms documentary I woul change my voice level and the tone because I sounded a bit like a mono tone.

I would also change how the images were put in because It exactly the same to the YouTube video that I saw.

The last thing that I woul change would be the pace the reading some of us read clearly and some read like they didn't even care.

If I were to improve my video I would maybe add some clear voice overs, make it a video instead of a slideshow, and add some images.

In my opinion I think I could improve on my Charter of Rights and Freedoms assignment. Here are three things I think need some work:

Firstly, I think I need to change those long paragraphs into something more engaging and entertaining to get my audiences' attention. Such as pictures, or I could shorten them down and read them out loud.

Secondly, I think I should have added a pause in between each right and freedom to let the audience think about it. Also, so they're not overwhelmed by so much info, and in my opinion, when that happens, the words seem to go in one ear and out the other.

Lastly, I think all the information needed to be more in my own words. I noticed somethings in the paragraphs were either straight from the video we watched in class, or copied off the actual Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

There are a few other things I do think we should fix, but those ones aren't horribly noticeable or important.

My group did a great job, but I think we may want to:

1.) Have more information: I think we didn't add enough information for people trying to learn about the Charter.

2.) Examples: A lot of us didn't add examples, so I would like to get everyone to add one to their recording.

3.) Recordings: Not all of the recordings were clear, and you could hear people in the backround. I think we need to change this, so people can hear us clearly.

INFO: I would have included much more verble info if it were just me speaking. I would also Have done the credits and bibliography a little better then they were actualy done.

VISUALS: On the bottom of the video you could easily so the prezintation bar and this could be removed in 10 mins tops. The transitions between the parts was slow so if possible i would fix that.

AUDIO: The voice recording worked better than most videos but music was something we were lacking. If we were to edit the project again i would deffinetly add music to it.
