In math, students continued working on accurately measuring and drawing angles.
Students began their research project on extreme environments in science, working together in groups to tackle different aspects of an extreme environment of their choice.
In photography, students continued revising their photos, using bird's eye view or worm's eye view to convey a message about a social issue of their choice.
1.) MATH: Complete pages 256-257 #1-5 from the textbook (or your copy of the pages). Remember to bring your protractor!
2.) SCIENCE: If you were away, make sure you check your email (your group members have shared a Google Doc with you for the group research project)
3.) ART (Photography): Select your best photo(s) and add captions to them. Please follow instructions carefully:
- Use www.captiontool.com to add a thoughtful caption to your photo
- Watch Ms. Fei's tutorial if you need help with using www.captiontool.com
- Upload your captioned photo to Google Drive, in the "Photography Div 4" folder- due by Wednesday
4.) WRITE A RESPONSE: Give feedback to the person who posted BEFORE you, and revise your response after receiving feedback. (if you were first to post, you can give feedback to the last person to post)
"If the children are unable to dream, what do you think may have caused this?" Explain using examples from the story, personal connections, your personal opinions, etc. (minimum length: 1-2 paragraphs).
