Division 4 - One Sentence Project

LEARNING INTENTIONS:

• To convey a deep and meaningful message using only a single sentence.
• To build connections with one another.
• To give students a goal to work towards.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• After reading about Daniel Pink's 'ONE SENTENCE PROJECT' and seeing his YouTube clip, Division 4 decided to take on this project. The students found that their sentences gave the students a sense of purpose and meaning.  Many of the students chose deep and meaningful sentences to convey what they hope to accomplish and what they hope their life will be about.  

• This was the third and final assignment in their 'Connection Building' unit.  They created passion pages and passion trailers prior to completing this project.  It was a great way to end their unit on building personal and meaningful connections with one another.  Click on the YouTube link to see their powerful sentences.
