In math, students had a quiz on perimeter, area, and volume; they marked and corrected their own quizzes to enable them to self-assess and self-reflect on their learning.
In photography, students brainstormed criteria and gave their partners peer feedback on how to improve their alphabet photos. It's incredible to see students being more aware of their learning and helping one another to improve their work!
1.) FRENCH: There are about 6 students who still need to fill out their self-evaluation form.
2.) PHOTOGRAPHY:
- Remember to upload your photos to Google Drive if you haven't done so already.

5.) MATH WRITE A RESPONSE: In class today, we briefly discussed about acute, right, obtuse, and straight angles. Angles are found everywhere, include on analog clocks. For examples, the hour hand the minute hand on this clock make an obtuse angle.
- 1) Define each type of angle in your own words
- 2) provide a time when the hands of a clock would make each type of angle (eg. obtuse angle- 5:05 pm). Follow the template below:
- a) Acute angle
Time:
- b) Right angle
Time:
- c) Obtuse angle
Time:
- d) Straight angle
Time:
- e) Reflex angle (you might need to do some research for this one).
