Sorry guys! Tomorrow is an administrative day for teachers at K.B. Woodward. We are unable to do the pencil to pixels lesson. I will post instructions how to do it in the near future.
Thank you for working so hard this year! It always brought a smile to my face when you asked me about learning intentions, criteria, self/peer assessment, and feedback. You all became learners who owned you learning. I hope all of you going to high school stay motivated, work hard, and keep learning! Keep in touch and let me know if you ever need help with school. Grade 6's, at this point it looks like I will be teaching grade 6 next year, but if the number of students at K.B. Woodward changes in September, this may change. I look forward to seeing all of you! We started the day off with learning more about angle bisectors and then we read an article and worked on some related activities. Students also read their novels for the Novel Approach during Language Arts and worked on their gift of words and thinking and learning questions. They will start working on their powerful responses later this week so they can end Language Arts off by using everything they have learned this year. With less than 3 weeks to go, everyone is working hard to end the year off right! The grade 7 students are eager to get to high school. Watch this video for some inspiration. 1.) MATH:
