Learning about electricity Today, students continued learning about the traits of good writing. They learned more about inviting leads and thesis statements. Later this week, students will decide on an essay topic and start writing a 5 paragraph essay. I am looking forward to seeing them using their background knowledge to create a quality piece of writing! In the afternoon, students did a mini-inquiry into electricity. Students were faced with 3 challenges to help them learn and understand basic series and parallel circuits.
