Careers Today, we started the day off by learning how to transfer over our visible thinking over to our graphic organizers. Now that the students have built their foundations, they will be able to learn the 'NOVEL APPROACH' to reading much more smoothly! Later, we continued learning about the 6 traits of good writing and also continued learning about career clusters! Mr. T. taught the students a lesson on divisibility rules and in Science we learned more about body systems and ecosystems.

- Today, we learned that Brandon felt a sense of relief after he learned that his father was alive. Today, write a paragraph on what would have been going on in your mind if you were in the same situation.
- LEARNING INTENTION: I can explain how I would feel if I didn't know if my father was alive and how I would feel after finding out he was alive.
SUCCESS CRITERIA:
1.) PARAGRAPH FORMAT: intro/body/ conclusion.
2.) GIVENS: Pay close attention to your spelling, capitals, punctuation, grammar, sentence structure, etc.
3.) INTRO: Make it as exciting and engaging as possible.
4.) BODY: Include at least 2-3 examples/supporting points. (AT LEAST ONE CONNECTION USING YOUR BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE)
5.) CONCLUSION: Tie up your paragraph smoothly.
6.) PEER FEEDBACK/SELF-ASSESSMENT: Give 1 student 2 things to improve on based on the above criteria.
7.) REVISED VERSION: Based on the feedback you receive or the self-assessment you complete, post a revised version as a reply to your original post.
