**Today, students learned how to make equivalent fractions by using the LCM of the denominators. They also learned several different strategies they could use in order to compare fractions. We will continue looking at various other strategies tomorrow. Click here if you want a sneak peak at what is to come! Today, you worked collaboratively with your group to show your understanding in how to compare fractions from least to greatest using at least 3 different methods. Most of you used common denominators, number lines, diagrams, and some of you also tried using benchmarks. It was amazing to see the learning taking place when you work productively and collaboratively with your group members.**
