3.) SOCIAL STUDIES / INQUIRY:
- Complete 5 self and 5 world questions for your mini-inquiry. You will submit these to Ms. Altman tomorrow afternoon.
4.) POST A RESPONSE:
- Today, you learned more about engaging hooks. Your PAR will require you to write a super engaging hook for your paragraph. The topic is: Fall weather! Be descriptive!
LEARNING INTENTION: I can write a paragraph with an engaging hook.
SUCCESS CRITERIA:
1.) Paragraph organization (intro, body, and conclusion)
2.) Choose a different type of hook to use that you used in class today.
3.) Make sure you have paid attention to the conventions/givens (spelling, capitals, punctuation, grammar structure, and sentence structure).
4.) After your paragraph, you should include one sentence identifying the type of hook you used.
5.) Read one person's paragraph and give them 1-3 suggestions based on criteria points above.
