Today, students started the day with a paragraph writing assessment. Later, students continued learning about politics, government, and the voting process. Students learned about the importance of various parties being represented in the government so all citizens are represented. We also had a chance to watch the highlights of the political debate that occurred this past week. On Monday, students will visit our polling station that we set up and will vote for the party the most support based on what they learn at school. It will be interesting to see how their vote aligns with the actual vote.
