Happy Mother's Day Cards

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms of division 4 students! Your children love you very much and they worked extremely hard for you this week! We hope you enjoyed your special day! They created vintage photo blocks, 3D flower cards, and a digital mother's day card for you. Click here to see your son or daughter's message to you!

1.) LA/SPEECH: Speeches should be memorized by Monday. Create cue cards to help you.

2.) MATH 6: Any assigned work.
MATH 7: No HW.

3.) SCIENCE: Any unfinished work.

4.) POST A RESPONSE:

Give your mother her vintage photo block, 3D flower card, and show her the digital mother's day card.
How did your mother react when you showed her your photo block, 3D flower card, and digital message card?
In addition to your response, be sure to comment on YouTube on the vintage photo block youtube link and tell us what you learned (HINT: Pay attention to the learning intentions at the beginning of the video).
Ask one student a question about their response.

When I gave my mom the mothers day gifts she was really happy and surprised. She really like what we did and she thought it looked neat.

@Azbo is that all she did? What about her facial expression? Try to think deeper, what else do you think she felt. How did she react to the block, or the video. Be more specific on her reactions.

When my mom saw the card and the block she was hugging me and saying thanks and I love you.
When she saw the video she was doing the same thing.

"Oh Brooke, there so cute. I love it! Thank you so much." This is what my mom kept repeating after I gave her her Mother's Day Gifts. She kept saying how she loves the homemade stuff my sister and I give her. She was very happy. Then, when I showed her the video she was even more happy. She appreciated all the things I had given her. In conclusion, my mom was very happy and thankful for all the things she received.

When I gave my mom her Mother's Day gift she was surprised and happy. When she saw the video she was about to start crying but it was only like 3 seconds. Then when I gave her my 3-D block she said that she would put it on her desk at work.

I actually can't remember what my mom said cause I have a bad memory. But it was probably along the lines of, "Oh Meagan I love it thanks so much"

She was happy when I gave her my presents because no one else in my family did anything special for her so she was happy that I gave her something.

When I gave her the card and wooden box, she said "Aw thank you, it's really cute." And then she hugged me. When I showed her the video she was squealing and kept repeating that it was really cute and awesome that we did that.

When I gave my mom her card and wood block photo she was very happy, she gave me a hug, then she resumed her interest in my little sister's gifts. She will se the YouTube video once I am done my post a response.

I had to give my mom the things we made at class yesterday since she was goong to work for at least 12 hours at the hospital since she's a nurse, but I also bought other things and she was really happy with all the things I gave her. And from what I can tell she said in her mind was, "I'm proud of what you have made for me, because this shows how far you went from elementary school as a kid to a teenager and how amazing your doing this year." Those aren't the only things i'm getting for her but me and my dad are planning something big for her when he gets home in about an hour.

My mom was very happy when she saw the card and when she saw the video she started crying a little because sh saw how everyone put their time in to making these thugs for their parents.

My mom did not cry and she was very happy with her gifts. I learned that mothers are very special and that you should always love your mom.

When I gave it to my mom she was really happy then hugged me. 5 minutes after she said we were going to whistler for the whole day becaus it was Mother's Day. We went with close friends I literally got back 2-3 minutes ago.

Happy Mothers Day for all the amazing moms! Firstly, today me, my family and especially my mom had a great day and also a great mothers day! Today, my older brother gave my mom a bath and body shop kit, that includes, soap, lotions, and much more. Additionally, my dad also bought my mom a large bouqet of pretty flowers and tim horton doughnuts. With, this in mind, I gave my mom our 3D mothers day card, and the block and she cried happily! She also said, that she really likes it, and it was a really creative and a thoughful idea for mothers day. Specifically, I showed our message video and my mom cried as well, and hugged me! Overall, I had a great mothers day!

My mom was so happy she was like that is so sweet. She hugged me and told me " Thank you." When I showed my mom the video message she said" did you mean that to me really." It looked like she was going to cry I was so happy. She even bot a PlayStation, Plus Card. It was the best day ever.

What I gave my mom her mother's day gifts she wasn't overly excited but she was happy and think me a lot and put it in a table in the living room.

My mom loved the block and the card. She was very happy on what she got, she loved having a picture of me included in the gift mostly because I don't like talking pictures so she doesn't have many photos of me. I think she is really happy.
