Where does meatloaf come from? Who made the first meatloaf? Is meatloaf made with bread? These are three examples of the approximately 35 questions that the students came up with about meatloaf. This exercise was designed to get the students ready for their case study project. Good case study projects only work with good inquiry questions and the students excelled at at coming up with many types of questions. With more practice, they will be creating amazing inquiry questions in no time!

- Go through your group document and do the following:
- 1) Questions that can be answered with a yes or no (e.g. is meatloaf good?). – highlight these questions in red.
- 2) Questions that can be answered in less than 10 words – highlight these answers in yellow.
- 3) Questions that would take many words to write – highlight these in green
- The green questions are the ones that make good Inquiry questions!
