Today, Mr. Richardson and I decided to teach the students outside! We grabbed our desks and chairs and set up our classroom on the grass! The students loved being out in the sun and they enjoyed being closer to nature and further away from the stereotypical classroom setting. They were given the choice of where they could learn and they chose the outdoors.....until the heat became too much!

- Many of you made deep connections today when you found out that Auggie's dog passed away.
- Use the motions/feelings you felt and your personal connections to this event and write a short paragraph.
- Put yourself in Auggie's shoes and explain what was going on in his head during this emotional event. Use descriptive words and be sure to explain how he was feeling.
