Today, the Div 4 students learned the difference between summaries and paraphrases. We learned that summaries are quite a bit shorter than the original articles and include only the main points. We also learned that paraphrases are just as long as the original articles and include everything mentioned in the original article. We will continue working on both in class tomorrow.

3.) Learning Journeys / E-folios - Make some updates to your sites. Remember, as stated in September, it is my hope that you will be motivated enough to maintain your sites independently. We have spent very little time working on them in class and everything has been running smoothly so far. I will check them periodically just to make sure you are keeping up with your reflective work. We will not spend much time in class updating your sites as this should be done on your own time.
