You have a busy week coming up. Many things are due and you have several evaluations/tests. Manage your time wisely and read everything below carefully. We are in the home stretch now, so keep working hard! There is no school on Monday. The teachers will be learning new and exciting ways to teach you! Unfortunately we forgot to sing to Logan today. After a whole day of fitness and getting exercise, a four-day long weekend seems like the perfect time to be relaxed and just lazy. Even if some people may be reluctant, relaxed and lazy isn't the way to go. On this weekend, we must also be active in order to be able to be healthy. Therefore, I will now tell what I have already done during this long weekend.

First of all, Saturday was full of classes so there weren't many chances to get active, but since there was a little slot of time between classes, I went outside just to walk around a little bit. On Sunday, there was a superfluous amount of time to go around and have some fun. So, in the morning I did any homework that needed to be finished and then went out to eat. Afterwards, I went out to the school just to shoot around. Afterwards, it was Monday, and the last day of the four-day weekend. That day, I also did homework for the morning before going outside to shoot around.

In conclusion, I was pretty active over the weekend. Getting exercise is always healthier for your body than staying inside.

Ho boi the next weekend has come and everyone is just as excited as I was when I heard scooby-doo dies in endgame because Shaggy was corrupted by the FBI. As a person I don't make many plans to go outside with people I know, but this week the movie "Avengers Endgame" had released so my friends and I had all agreed to go see it together. This Monday we will all go to the Marine gateway and watch Endgame together. I find the food served at movie theaters to be delectable, yet incredibly expensive, so I have been contemplating whether or not I should buy food this time around. When purchasing the tickets online, Monday had a trove of free seats, but now I am quite sure the tickets have been sold out. It was hard to solidify when we would go because of how long the runtime for the movie is, the movie goes on for over three hours making the longest movie I have ever watched, this made me somewhat apprehensive as to if we could all make it to the movies, but thankfully all of us are able to make it now. I am very excited for this movie, as I usually watch movies with my brother or my family, so this is a nice change of pace.

Staying active is good for your well-being and communication with others. Today, my family has a plan to keep us active while having fun even though we are slightly reluctant. First, we are going to go out and buy stuffed animals from a trove. Then, we'll head to McDonalds to eat the delectable chicken nuggets. Then we'll bask in the searing heat of the sun in a park.

Ummmmm, so I don't have a plan to stay active because I have no time. Since on Saturday I have 3 hours of Chinese class then 3 hours of training and then after I get forced to go in the yard for an hour to face the searing heat. Then on Sunday I had basically 6 hours of training, 3 hours of normal training and 3 hours of being used as a test subject to help someone get there couch licence. And on Monday i'm stuck in spare time, trying to write a par with valise and cordon.

AND SHE SCORES ANOTHER POINT!!! On the weekends, Jessica, Sophie, Ivan, Tom, Joseph and I hangout. Usually we meet at our school park and play basketball, tennis, tag and so on. In this case on Saturday we had planned to go to our school park to hangout. But before leaving I packed a small valise so I have everything I need. We started off with playing basketball. The teams were Jessica, Joseph and Tom and I. I was clenching to the ball as I was near the hoop about to score the winning point, I stepped back once, twice and.. SHE SCORES AGAIN. The total end score was 11 points for Tom and I. And 6 points for Jessica and Joseph. We had a lot of fun and were staying in shape at the same time!

Just saying dont put the blame on sophia, she was trying to be really careful, but it still got lost. She was really wordied and rushed back to a&w and t&t, and she searched for a long time and asked the people who worked there for help too. She tried really hard but she still couldn’t find her phone. She retraced her steps, too. She tried everything to find it and got us to help her but we still couldnt find it. Please dont be mad at her, she didn’t mean for it to be gone and she’s been really worried about this. She’s sorry for losing her phone, so please dont be mad at her as it wasn’t her faulterything I need. We started off with playing basketball. The teams were Jessica, Joseph and Tom and I. It's Monday, and I haven't been very active, except for yesterday (Sunday) when I played tennis. I agreed to it reluctantly, and we packed a small valise when we went to the tennis court, and even though it wasn't really hot, the air was searing my skin after tennis. Did I enjoy it? Not really sure, as it gets really tiring soon.

Yes! Finally, it’s my birthday! I received the most intriguing bag which I have ever get before. A box with princesses pictures on it, with a colourful card which contains a trove of greeting words. Every sentence and each word shows how classmates, friends think about me, shows me the caring and the hope to me. Thank you very much!

Of course, this weekend, I planned quite a lot of stuff to do. Mostly, I will always do exercise and to be closer to nature. When I take a deep breath, I could feel the air and birds voice runs over my head. Just this Sunday, after a four hours marching and the band practice in sea cadet, it was already almost 17:30. However, we know summer is close, day time will be so much longer. When I look at the sky, it told me to be closer to nature and not just playing video games at home. Yeah! It seems ridiculous. But since I arrived home. I changed my pantaloons to a fit exercising shirt and pants. The weather is so lovely and it was not searing at all. I literally ran a lot and in the last round, I clench my teeth and rushed, but I am not even tired even when I finished 8 km. Actually, I did feel tired, but not boring!

Furthermore, on my birthday, I got the most brilliant and fantastic present ever. It’s the End Game movie ticket! At first, I am so apprehensive that if I can’t buy tickets within the first week if it. Or else, I might be exploded with exasperation when my friends spoil it to me or scoff to me that I didn’t watch it yet. But, my parents actually bought it for me, and it was the best surprise ever! Omg! I literally filled my eyes with tears, my eyes were definitely sweating.

This weekend, I couldn't get to go plan some exercise, but I did watch endgame and Scooby-Doo DOES NOT die in endgame because Shaggy was corrupted by the FBI. I also did Elmacon, which technically is not a sport even if it says it is on the paper on the board. Before the contest, I was apprehensive. I thought something will go wrong. In fact, The mechanical pencil they gave to use is not that good and always, the led wont come out. It made me exasperated. There was like, 400 people, but I didn't get in top 25. :(

During this long weekend, I planned and did lots of activities. They all seem to concentrate on Sunday. Early in the morning, my mom had mentioned me that we’re going to Church today. Afterward, we might go to a park called VanDusen, where lots of plants are being sold today. At first, I kinda felt reluctant of going out. Although it was a fair, sunny day. I still don’t feel like going out. Probably because it’s finally weekend and I’ve been waiting for this the whole time. I’m trying to take this opportunity and just stay as lazy as I want for the whole day... As expected, the way my mom explains things makes me intriguing about what was going to happen. So I finally I’ve come to the term of accepting going out. But I gotta say, it was a delectable day overall! Yet surrounded by lots of surprises!

I didn’t plan to stay active this weekend. But on Monday, I was very active by going to my karate class and do some yoga. During my skin gets searing. Also the stomach starts to clench.

During the long weekend, I had a lot of lessons, but I also did some fun activities. On Sunday night, my parents finally decided that we can go shopping(I beg them) On Monday, I've gone to Delta Outlet with my parents, it's my first time going to Delta. In the way to the outlet, I noticed that Delta doesn't have too many house or people, it seems like there are many farms, I can easily see snow mountain even when I am in the car. It took us half an hour to get there. The Delta outlet is massive; I was exhausted when I was done shopping. I think it's the biggest shopping mall I have ever gone to. We went to Cosco after we were done shopping, even though I was reluctant because I was apprehensive that what if their many people there, then we have to line up for a long time, but I still have to go. Overall, I think it's an enjoyable and delectable day.

Im so tired. This weekend I went to the Jessica deauglu meet. This was one of the most tiring meets I have been to all year. I was reluctant to attend the meet. This meet was located at UBC and I was constantly moving between UBC and Richmond.
I wake up at 5:45 am to get ready. I pack a valise, eat breakfast, and change into my suit. I leave the house at around 6:30 am and arrive at the pool at around 7:10 am. I am not typically an early bird so I looked really tired. For some reason, the change rooms were searing hot. I typically try to do my activation on land fast so I can get into the warmup pool on time but I didn't really want to get into the pool. So I spent more time doing dryland. This meet had prelims and finals. That means if we make the top 10 in any event, we have to come back and do it again in finals. Sadly I had to go back, both days. After finishing the morning sessions, I go home and take a nap. I wake up at 2:45 pm and get ready for finals. I pack my bag again and leave to UBC. To be honest, was so tired that the finals were a big blur.
In conclusion, I think I kept pretty active over the weekend.

Today is yet again like the 7000th magic Monday of my life it's no different except for Sunday because I was just then able to beat Churchill's Junior Boys volleyball game, and when I was reluctant to here that we won the game all my friends started putting all their stuff into their small Valise’s, and well once I went outside the temperature was just about 18 degrees Celsius, and that felt like I was in hot molten lava and well it was a quite searing wait till my parents came to pick me up. And so I went home and continued on with my daily life!

How active are you? Do you think you have enough exercise to keep you healthy? At our age, exercise is crucial for growth and health. Consequently, this is what I have done over the weekend.

First, I walked to French class for Saturdays because I knew that it would be a great chance for some outside time. I was reluctant sometimes of whether I should walk that far or just ask my mom for a ride. Thankfully, I walked because of the beautiful plants I pass. The smell of the different leaves and the tall trees looking down at me just put me in nature. It really makes me feel relaxed, listening to the sound of the wind blowing on the delicate flowers. It was definitely worth it taking a nature walk.

Additionally, I always walk with my mom after breakfast. I get quite full after eating my delectable meal, so I always do this for better digestion. I get enjoy time with my mother and talk with her. Furthermore, I get to look around the neighbourhood I live in. I love greeting others when I pass by and see everyone’s big smiles on their faces. It really brightens and sets a joyful start to my day.

Lastly, I had a fun time at Laurier with David, Jessica, and Ivan. Some people weren’t able to come today. We played tennis, frisbee, and many different things there. It was a great chance to hangout with friends and move around, instead of staying at home playing video games. In the beginning, I felt reluctant of whether I should go because the wind is quite strong today. Though, I still cajoled myself into going because I know it’ll be lots of fun. It turns out that I was right about going!

To sum up, this is what I have done for this long weekend. I did a lot of things to make sure I had enough exercise. To be honest, playing outside and exploring nature can really be as interesting as (if not better than) staying at home watching television.

Before we started the weekend, on Friday I was sick. I came home searing. I was ready to relax, but then I had to do chores which was even more tiring. By Saturday I was very sick. So I didn’t go out all day. I stayed in my pjs in my bed sleeping. I had bad stomachs, and headaches which wasn’t good. On Sunday I was a bit better, but I was coughing and very nasally which wasn’t good. By Monday I felt way better than both days combined. That morning I ate a delectable muffin with some apple juice to try and make myself feel better. My dad had to work so I stayed in my bed for most of the day. I noticed for the past couple of days there’s been a lot of squalls. That’s another reason I didn’t get up. Today is finally Tuesday and I feel ready to go back to school! :)
