Remembrance Day

On Thursday, we took a few moments to remember those who fought for our country and for our freedom. We paid respect to these people by having a Remembrance Day assembly. Students song songs, recited poems, and we also had a moment of silence for the soldiers who sacrificed their lives so we could live in this wonderful country. On Saturday, take a few moments to talk to your parents or to visit the cenotaph downtown to pay your respects.

Complete handout (both sides) and 10 questions from the lesson today on converting mixed numbers to improper fractions.
Play the following games and write about what you liked about each of them and what you didn't like.

@ Karman - Go back to the post where I listed the educational code and use that after you register for an account. Only use your first name. You will be able to put the code in under the 'account' settings.

First game: Was pretty fun and stressing at the same time

1st game: it was okay. i didn't really like it that much because i found it pretty boring.
2nd game: this one was fun, but i hated that i was being timed. i was stressing me out.
3rd game: this one was really easy and fun. probably the best one out of all three. i still hated that i was being timed.

1st Game: I like how you have to be fast because if you are not quick enough the other player might get if before you. I did not like how long the game took to win.

2nd Game: I like how it was short and easy, what I did not like about this game was that it was boring it was.

3rd Game: I like how there is a score board system and you can try and get to the number 1 spot, what I did not like about this game what how the colours of the pie were kind of hard to see.

Game #1: Fun, but it's kind of fast-paced. I'd give it an 8/10.
Game #2: Really easy, and there is that weasel thing popping out of the ground and that takes off about 3 seconds each time it pops out. I'd give it a 5/10.
Game #3: Really fun but the timing part makes me a bit stressed. I’d give it a 9/10.

Game 2,3:when I tap on it it was nothing I think I have to try to do it at school

For f. on Procedure in the lab write up what does it mean by " What do you need to do now that it is ready? " We already took apart our ecosystems and we finished our observations.

#1 -it was fun, but i'm a bit stressed because if i can't think fast, then the other player will be closer to win the game. Also it took so long to end the game.
#2 -it was easy, really easy
#3 - it was okay, there were time management, so the game won't last too long. I don't know why but the balloons keep on moving and i just can't think while looking at it...

The first game was pretty fun and stressing at the same time because the other team can get the point first.
The second game was kind of fun cause it was really straight forward.
The third game: I just wanna say the thing I didn’t like about it was the balloons 🎈 because it reminded me of “IT”. Overall it was fine

The first game was kind of long, and got a bit boring after a while.
The second game was really short, and pretty easy because of the pictures.
The third game was also easy, but my mouse kept freezing up so I didn't do too well.

The first game was OK, it was kinda stressful, cause I felt like I kinda had a time limit, because the other team (or the computer) was tugging against me.
The second game was easy, because they gave me pictures, and it was really easy to compare.
The third game also gave pictures, but because the balloons were moving so much, it took me a few seconds to just get to them, because my mouse kept going out of the game square.
Overall, these games weren't really hard at all, and I think I did OK on them........

idk if anyone will answer this, but i have 2 questions for the ecosystem lab write up.
1) what is the size of the container we used?
2) for the material part, do we write down all the things we putted in only in day 1?

1st game: The game was okay, but it was very competitive. Whenever I play a competitive game, its fun but stressful.

2nd game: The timing was very stressful. Overall, the game was okay. I found it quite easy.

3rd game: This game was my favorite. I kept misclicking which led to a very unpleasant me XD
