Today, students started their basketball unit with Mr. Fisher. Mr. Fisher has a great deal of background knowledge in basketball and he also played as a college athlete. Later, students learned how to multiply decimals under 1.0 using a 10 X 10 grid. In addition to this, they played a useful phrases game in French and then learned about Roy Lichtenstein. They will start the learning process on our next art assignment where they will create pop art inspired by Roy's work.
