Today we had substitute teachers and I think that I was pretty self-regulated. For instance, I was late for school because I had a doctors appointment. When I came in the gym I was self regulated and I calmly sat down and watched my classmates play basketball. I was also self regulated because when Ms. Shih was doing GRA with us I was self regulated and listening to her read. So I would say that I was pretty self regulated today, even though Mr. Hong wasn’t here.

Today in the morning I gave books to people who wanted to borrow mine, and then I was pretty much reading a lot until basketball. Then me and my friend just stayed in the sidelines watching our classmates play basketball. At lunch, I went to my friends table and discussed with them about anime but we weren’t that loud. During GRA, I was eating corn from Krystelle (don’t ask) but talked a little bit I was still listening. Krystelle was squishing me when I was sitting down and I was trying to get her off but I accepted my fate so it was ok. When we were finishing off math and current events I was already done so I just kept reading.
I guess I was ok.

Mr. Hong was not hear today! How will he know that I have been self regulated? Although, I can always tell him how I have been by turning my words in to writing.

I feel like I was pretty self regulated this day. First, I was listening to the instructions, and finished all my work. I did not have any homework today (not counting P.A.R.). Instead I finished everything at school. Secondly, I was at my desk most of the time, doing work. The only times I left my desk was coming back from recess, during lunch, and offering help.

In conclusion, I feel like I was pretty self regulated at school.

Today we had guest teachers in our class. I believe I was pretty self-regulated at some times I was unself-regulated but I just had to refer to the C-charts to recover. During basket ball I think I could have been more self-regulated while sitting off.

Otherwise I believe I was pretty self-regulated.

@Kayd Some feedback for your par is that maybe you could add a intro paragraph and you could of added more details into your par. But overall it's good.

In the morning, while school hasn't started yet, I wasn't very self-regulated because I was talking to my peers, but once school has started I personally think I was self-regulated while being able to follow instructions on what I should be doing. During the word work quiz I was not talking and listened to the words, also doing my work quietly when doing the definitions and I got a pretty good amount done, compared to how much work I usually do in other weeks. After lunch we had a lock down drill and I was quiet, but I was eating food from Kaelyn. Then during read aloud I was quiet and listening as Ms. Shi read to us the touching spirit bear.

I was pretty self-regulated but sometimes I got a little distracted.

In the morning I finished my book. After we went to gym and played basketball. During the word work quiz I was self regulated.I also was self regulated during the lock down drill. But I was a little distracted during read aloud.

Today was a fun day.

Self regulation is one of the most important skills to learn. Unfortunately not everybody finds it easy, especially when theirs a substitute teacher. Today I'm going to tell you if I self regulated or I didn't

During the read aloud in the afternoon, I was pretty self regulated. For example during the read aloud I was being respectful to the speaker, by actively listening and being quiet. Next we had current events. I was also pretty self regulated, but I got distracted by talking to my friend sometimes

Overall I would say that I was pretty self regulated!

Yesterday something mysterious happened, something terrible.. Mr. Hong was missing! This means that the students are less likely to self regulate! Today Mr. Hong wasn't here so we had substitute teachers to teach us. I had self regulated pretty well through the day, but some times I got distracted, such as the lockdown drill and the read aloud. Other than that, I think I did fine self regulating.

Today was a very sad day. The very first 13th of January in the new year 2020, Mr. Hong our beloved teacher was absent today. But we had two subs to fill in for him. During the day, he was worried that we might cause a lot of trouble for our nice substitutes. So the PAR today was to do a little self-assessment and write a little paragraph if we self-regulating today.

I think I was self-regulated MOST of the time today because I got distracted a few times but with a little reminder, I was able to get to work again. Some of the few times when I got distracted were when I let Nick 'wack' Boswell with my Extendi S.F(Extendable Fly Swatter), hiding Konoshin's pencil case, and letting people in my table group eat some of my gummies. Other than that I was pretty self-regulated because I got some work done.

Self-regulating is really important especially to Mr. Hong since you need to self-regulate to learn because "the learning never stops." Do you think you self-regulated today or not?

Today, was the first time in 2020 Mr. Hong was absent. But, it was all right because we had two great subs. Most of the day I was pretty focused on my work, but I had some moments where I didn't self-regulate, I just did my work, doodled on paper, gave my group-mates some chips, trying not to get crushed during the lock down drill and spilling some milk tea on my desk. Overall, today was a chill day, and I self-regulated most of the time.

I think I was pretty self-regulated today. At the beginning of the day, before P.E. started, I think I was pretty self-regulated because I was reading quietly without disturbing others. During basketball, I listened to the instructions that were given by Ms. Lum. I worked quietly on my Word Work with a partner and stayed quiet during lunch time. I listened to Ms. Shi the whole time during the Read Aloud and worked on my Current Events. Overall, I consider myself to be regulated today.

Well, today my morning could not have been smoother, the moment I got into class I started talking to peers about how their weekend was as I also talked about mine. About 7 or 8 minutes after the 9:00 bell had rung, Ms. Lum brought us down to play basketball, it went pretty well, up until the word work session, we all had well behaved ourselves during the test, but right after, almost everyone burst out all the words they had, I did not. subsequently, the day went on and we started with read aloud, with Ms. Shi, I found that when she was reading Jeopardy table 1 was not very self regulated at all, most of the time I found my self banging my head on the table to avoid hearing anything other than the words of the book, sooner or later, we stopped. We continue the day with current events, I will admit this was the time I had exploded with words and lines I can not recall. Oh and of course we went outside to play with the once a year kind of snow.

Although at the end I was not so self regulated I consider today a self regulation success.

Today, Mr. Hong was absent and we had a guest teacher, Ms. Lum. Before the bell for nine o'clock rung I didn't really think I was very regulated but once class started I quieted down and self regulated. Through most of the day I think I was mostly self regulated with a few times where I became a little unregulated. Some reasons why I thought I was self regulated through class time was when we having read aloud, a neighboring table group was exceptionally loud but through a few looks and stares my attention did not waver off re aloud. Another time I thought I was self regulated was when we had current events, although my table group and I were talking a little too much, in the end we did self regulate ourselves and got our work done on time.

In conclusion, I think that I was relatively self regulated today, other than a few slip ups I listened to the teacher and did work accordingly.

When you have a substitute teacher, some people tend to not behave, just because it's a substitute. Today, we had a substitute, so I'll be answering the question: did I self-regulate?
Throughout the day, I was very self-regulated and wouldn't talk over the speaker. For example, during the read aloud, I listen respectfully to the reader and didn't talk. Another example would be during the word work quiz, I quietly listened to Ms. Lum, not speaking and listening closely for the words.

Overall, I was quite self-regulated, and I think I did well.

Mr. Hong was not at school today, so we had two substitute teachers. I self-regulated the entire day by reading doing my work and listening to the teacher's instructions. The only time I didn't self-regulate was when I was fighting Nick for Ethel's chips, fighting Daniel when he budged in front of me and Sophia in basketball, and fighting people for Sophia's pizza. Overall, it was a pretty normal day.

Have you been self regulating after winter break? Well I'll be explaining if i was self regulated today or not.

Today I felt like I have been pretty self regulated and completed all the work we were given in class and I don't feel like i wasn't self regulating today except maybe the transition parts where I got distracted and was talking to classmates about different topics. Today I wanted to just get work done so I tried to and I did and now I have no homework other than the par.

In conclusion, I felt like I was self regulated except for transitions and I got distracted and talked to classmates.

The morning started out great. It was snowing and everyone seemed. As I walked into school, I greeted classmates and teachers. Walking into the classroom, I didn’t see Mr.Hong. At first, I thought, "maybe he’s in the staff room getting coffee". After the bell rang, I was informed that Mr.Hong was absent. We had two substitutes for the day, Ms.Lum and Ss. Shi.
Throughout the day, I felt pretty self-regulated. The day started out with PE and I thought that everyone was following expectations. We then did word work and I also thought that everyone was fairly self-regulated for the test. In the afternoon, I felt that as a class we might have gotten a little off track but I still felt pretty self-regulated.
In conclusion, I think that today was a good day and that I remained fairly self-regulated throughout the day.

Every time the class has a substitute teacher, the day is full of mayhem. Today was mediocre. It wasn't too chaotic but slightly rowdy. When one person is speaking, somebody else did as well. Then, like dominoes, one by one everybody started chatting. Myself included. I admit that I chatted while working, but in my defense, we didn't read the c-charts. To sum up this whole paragraph, I would say that I was somewhat self-regulated. I wasn't screaming or anything but I wasn't exactly silent and giving 100% of my attention to my work.

For example, during the read aloud, I listened carefully the whole time and didn’t talk to my friends. Also during gym, I was on task and following rules to play basketball. I was only not that self regulated during word work because I got distracted and didn’t finish it. Overall, I think I was pretty self regulated even though I talked a bit.

in my honest opinion I think as a class we were not self regulated. Firstly, most of the class would not listen to teacher instruction such as lowering our volume, do our work etc. On the other hand, personally I think I was very self regulated. For example, when my table mates were not regulating I would remind them to self regulate

Today we had a substitute teacher and we are to self-regulate. For example, I was self-regulated in the morning and while going down to gym. Then, I was doing my work, but got distracted sometimes. I finished my work in class so I didn't have any homework except for P.A.R.. So I think I was okay today.

I feel that I was very self-regulated today. It was much easier to do so as I spent it at home because my flight back to Vancouver was cancelled because of the weather. Even though my brother was very annoying as we were stuck inside I remained outwardly calm and pleasant. I find it easier to be self-regulated when I’ve had a chance to exercise or at least get some fresh air.

today we had a subsitite teacher. Ms. Lum and Ms. Shi were in our classroom today. i feel that for the most part we were self regulated. we were respectful and we read and followed the C- charts. we helped each other and listened to the instructions we were given. Overall i think that we were self regulated and respectful.
