Today, the students continued learning about reading strategies and making deeper connections to the story, "WONDER."

Also, the students reinforced their addition skills by using digital base ten blocks to better visualize the addition process and carrying tens over to the next place value.

1.) MATH 7: Complete only pg 1 of the double-sided worksheet. SHOW ALL YOUR WORK! DO NOT USE A CALCULATOR! If you can, use the base-ten blocks app on your mobile device!

2.) WRITE A RESPONSE:

Today, you learned about 'PRECEPTS' (rules) during the read aloud of the novel, "WONDER."
Find a quote that is a good motto or saying to live by. (RESEARCH ONLINE) Post it here and comment on some that your classmates post.
Alternatively, you can use a precept/rule that you already live by if you have one.
