2.) POST A RESPONSE:

Today, you learned more about the elements of art and the principles of design. Click here to review what we learned.
When working on your anime art, be sure to keep the elements in mind. For example, line, shape, direction, size, texture, colour, and value. These elements can be found in almost any piece of art.
Work on your anime art tonight. Your homework is to make sure you are able to fine line your drawing using PIXLR, and colour your image.
If you get motivated, see if you can create something like the examples in class. Read yesterday's blog post for some useful websites you can use to draw your character if you want to draw a different one.
Post any questions you have here.
Please post a SHARED copy of your fine-lined and coloured image here from your Google Drive. (Remember, you will have to save your image from Pixlr onto your desktop and then to Google Drive in order to complete this task.)
Give one student a suggestion for improvement on their picture.

You double click your file or folder and look at the top. There should be a little symbol that looks like a chain link. Click it, and a sharable link should come up. Copy and paste it to your post, and your done.

@ Ally - Great work! I would zoom in and erase some of the pixels that don't belong. Also, zoom into your fine-lined areas and smoothen them out so it doesn't look so pixelated. You an do this by adjusting the colour of the pixels.

@Lilmiceter I really liked your picture with the colors you chose however I think the nose could be a bet better. Now I know you may be thinking I don't want to redo it but is is actually fairly simple to do without even starting over. Just erase it add the color back in and then draw a little nose.

@ Kittens - Try connecting your lines so they are solid. Lines are one of the elements of art we learned about today. Also, if you can make your lines smoother, I think it would be easier to fill in with colours. Also, please fill the areas in with colour.

sorry my digital art is messy because it was hard to colour in the lines and get the right size of the brudsh cause if you need it small its way to small and if you need the brush big it might be to big so sorry

@mr. Hong, had a to digitally edit my picture on my dads computers since mine has a virus. I made a awesome photo, but just when I had my last thing to do (the left eye) his computer crashed, and I don't have enough time to do it again right now. Can I stay in at recess and lunch tomorrow to do it again?
