Canada's Outstanding Principal #Morelli

A hush fell over the crowd. All the students at K.B. Woodward were perfectly silent. Suddenly, Mr. Morelli swung open the door and to his surprise the entire school started clapping their hands and yelling his name. "YEAH!!!!" The students screamed. Mr. Morelli was genuinely thankful for the surprise assembly and his delight was there for everyone to see. The students of division two were very well behaved during the assembly and this showed great maturity and leadership from all of the students. Over the course of the year the students of division two have shown great improvement in their ability to act respectfully during assemblies.

1.) MATH:

Finish the worksheet on finding the area of parallelograms.
This homework will be collected.

2.) NOVEL APPROACH:

If you didn't complete yesterday's FRESHGRADE learning reflection, click here and follow the instructions from yesterday's homework. This must be completed today.

3.) Health Education:

Today the class talked about the difference between gender, sex, and sexuallity.
For the most part students acted maturely and asked very good questions.
The students also watched a video about a world where being straight (heterosexual) was not the norm.
This video dealt with themes of stereotyping, bullying, and sexual identity.

4.) POST A RESPONSE:

Mr. Morelli was genuinely surprised today. The staff and students did an amazing job of keeping this secret from him. Everyone in the school contributed something to this event: blowing up balloons, video recording, helping to clean up, etc.

Answer in full and complete sentences and in paragraph form.

A time that i have contributed was with my friends we were working on a halloween poster we all had fun planing out what we were gonna draw and what we were gonna colour. I felt happy because i was apart of the team working on a cool poster lol!!.

Boom!!! I contributed in a party for my gr5 teacher. I had to stall, so everyone else had time to prepare. I felt very happy that we were able to surprise my teaCher.

BOOM!!
I was outside with my mom and family...
Beautiful colours flew in the sky, it was sparkly and fire blazed.
for a few minutes, it smelt like smoke. But it was amazing. They were fireworks!!!

It was Canada's birthday, me and my family were shooting fireworks in the cold and windy air. we were celebrating by having a Fish and chips day. I felt happy and determined!

I remember this time when I was playing a game. It was called Castle Crasher's and I was playing it online with my brother and his friends. We were playing it for 6 hours straight. I contributed big time by using my mage skills to just spam fire balls at the cat chasing us in a wagon. Without me my brother and his friends would be DED meat.

A wedding
Last year my sister, aunties and uncle , and my cousins had gone to a wedding for my aunty a Firends. We sorta helped set up and we were doing a dance for them.
Our purpose was to do a good job and made sure the bride and groom had a wonderful time! It was so nice. At the end of the day we had reached our goals .😎💗

The boy's basketball team.

During our playday day tournament at Surrey Traditional it was a showdown at the finals, this was our only chance to hit that 1st spot first. I was playing forward and I made good assist and I actually scored 1 point... eh sort of. One of the defenders fouled me so that kinda counts. It felt like I was one of important members of the team, but I wasn't really one.

When I was playing a game called Mobile Legends my teammate said that I sucked so then I got mad and decided to carry the team. I went on a mad killing spree for 5 minutes straight and I got MAP, my teammate soon told me that I was good but I told him to shut up. I felt like I was very useful because if I wasn't there my trăm would lose totally.

When I was playing soccer it was the final of a tornament I wanted to play but I got injured in the game before. I was so sad, but then at half we were losing 0-1. So I said¨ please coach let me play¨then he said okay.¨When I came on I scored a goal and made a play were we scored. At the end we won 2-1.

❣️🍼👧🏻 Teamwork 👧🏻🍼❣️

One of the time when I was doing teamwork was when I played roblox epic mini games. There was no event when I played it though. It was the kind of mini game where you roll the big ball to the finish line, and there was some walls you need to avoid too. We won by using teamwork. I was helping my leading the team to the right track, and tell the team where not to go, and helped them push the ball. It felt good to be a part of the team, and I was proud of what I did because we won, and I did a huge help.

I was playing minecraft with a few of my friends [bedwars] And we got jumped. We were able to come up with as straghity fast thanks to us being in a group and we got through the round and won thanks to our teamwork. It felt good working in a team but I am more independent

Teamwork is a sign of working with friends and meeting new people and learning about them you get to have fun as a team there is lots of laughter and smiles teamwork is fun because you can new and old face the things you needed in a team is a positive attitude,a big bright smile and most important of all have fun.

BOOMING BANG CLING!!!!!!

I was plain clash of clans when a clan war was almost over and we needed 3 ☆☆☆ to win the war and get very good loot. I was the one to hit the top guy on the opposing side. I got the 3☆☆☆ with 1 second on the clock. My clan was cheering me on and I felt very proud.

I contributed by getting the 3☆☆☆ we needed.

The event was clan wars.

I felt part of a team because we won clan wars... (my whole clan)

When I was on a team it was last year for football the way I contributed was by getting 4 sacks and made 3 kids fumble the ball so we got the touchdown instead of them it felt great because everyone was happy and I felt appreciated 👌🔥😏

I helped with a surprise birthday party for my uncle he was comin to our house just for fun then everyone was hiding I was the one who let them in and I felt like I was a big part of it because I kept a straight face and didn't give it away

How i contributed on the team is that i was one of the recorders and i recorded everything but not everything... the iPad stopped recording because i took too much space
