Do you see the irony in this image? Today, students received their first novel and packages for the final stage of the Novel Approach. The excitement was in the air and a lot of student have been eagerly awaiting their new novels. Students will read up to 5 novels by the end of the school year while practicing their use of the reading strategies they have learned since September. In math, we continued learning about linear graphs and algebra. We spent time outside playing tennis and using our outdoor classroom. In writing, we learned about irony.
